The Secret is Buoyancy and Heat
This approach is a quantum leap forward in rehabilitation and aquatic exercise where movement can sometimes be difficult, painful, and restricted. When one exercises in water, there is decreased strain on our bodies. Water’s natural buoyancy aids in a truly unique manner. It supplies resistance, supports the body, and reduces joint stress.
Don’t Forget our Warm-Water Pools
Our multi-purpose warm water pool is ideal to swim laps and/or to participate in our many water aerobic classes. This is a wonderful opportunity to improve your muscle tone, strength, and balance.
Exercising in buoyant, 91-degree water, eases the stress on joints and muscles, lowers or eliminates pain and allows for more comfortable movement.
Our residents enjoy the many opportunities for water aerobics, both from a physical and social aspect.
